Kowal-Family.Estate Estate of Living Man PUBLIC NOTICE

Kowal Family Trust (Estate of Living Man) called herein “the Trust' are the private family estate for benefits of Kowal’s family members (man and woman) in The Kingdom of Heaven with a dominion of the planet Earth¹, ‘one of the union member province of the de jure Canada, Republic of Poland and state of United States of America (nationality via Treaty)’, grounded on the land/soil within in a non-military occupied private estate, outside any Federal zone not subject to the jurisdiction of Canada or Republic of Poland or United States of America any subdivision or franchise thereof.
By your actions of engaging the private property of the Trust through the Assumed Business Name of Kowal Family Trust you acknowledge, accept and invoke the following fees, terms and conditions:

Any use of the Trust property names in public without the Trust expressing written permission is prohibited. Any misuse, mischaracterization, derivation or alteration, intentional or otherwise, of the Trust property names identity information, declared in private with private file number KTFC-MMXXII-I, may be a violation of Equity Law. Any misuse, mis character derivation or alteration, intentional or otherwise, of the Trust property names ident information which results in charges being brought against the Trust property names may be a volton of federal or province Law and the Trust may file complaints with the appropriate law enforcement agencies tasked with investigating false charges, identity theft, misuse or alteration of information and financial crimes.

The Fee Schedule for the Assumed Estate property will be invoked when any government or agency's agents, officers or trustees engage in any action(s) that may result in harming the Trust property, or ‘the Assumed Business Name good name, credit record, reputation, property rights, titles, or interest; including, but not limited to: contracts, agreements, or trusts made without the Trust full knowledge, acceptance and written‘ consent. If it is found that you are acting ultra vires, you agree you will be personally liable for any and all damages, harm and tresspasses of the Trust property.
